BOOK APPOINTMENT

DEPOSIT:

$100 deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is credited toward the total price of your initial procedure. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to reschedule an appointment. The amount is credited to the final cost. Appointment will only be secured AFTER deposit is received.

CANCELLATIONS:

48days of notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the deposit will be forfeited.

LATE:

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unexpected circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

NO SHOW:

The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and you will have to go through the online booking process again.
